Welcome to Caribbean Pool Services LLC. By accessing our website or using our pool cleaning and maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Caribbean Pool Services LLC provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice, Florida areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Regular pool cleaning and maintenance
• Water testing and chemical balancing
• Pool equipment inspection and repair
• Deep cleaning services
• Emergency pool services

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling: Services are scheduled by appointment. We strive to maintain consistent service schedules but reserve the right to adjust appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Monthly service contracts require payment on the agreed-upon schedule
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant Caribbean Pool Services LLC and its technicians access to your property for the purpose of performing pool services. You are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and unobstructed access to the pool area
• All gates and entry points are accessible on scheduled service days
• Any pets are secured during service visits
• Pool equipment is accessible and in safe working condition

Liability and Insurance

Caribbean Pool Services LLC maintains appropriate liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to pool equipment or structures
• Damage caused by defective equipment not maintained by our company
• Damage resulting from improper pool construction or installation
• Acts of nature, vandalism, or other events beyond our control
• Damage to property due to restricted or unsafe access

Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Equipment and Chemicals

We use professional-grade equipment and EPA-approved pool chemicals. While we take every precaution to use appropriate chemicals and maintain proper water balance, we cannot guarantee specific results if the pool owner or others add chemicals between our service visits.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Active service contracts will be honored for their duration or appropriate refunds will be provided.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Florida and the jurisdiction of Sarasota County courts.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Caribbean Pool Services LLC and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
